He enjoyed the outoors; fishing, barbequing, and riding his Harley. But most of all, his favorite past-time was spending time with his family and his loyal companion, Buster.
    Randy resided in Groveland. He will forever be remembered for his quick sense of humor, which he exhibited until the very end.
    Randy is survived by his mother, Edith Bilo of Hollister; and his daughter, Randi Bilo of Roseville. Also surviving are his sisters, Madelynne Byrd (Charles) of Bakersifld and Pamela Bilo of Hollister; long time family friend Debbra Lebow of Hollister, granddaughter Alexia Vega of Roseville; his long-time partner, Susan Capitanich of Groveland, and numerous other famiy members. He was preceded in death by his father, John Anthony Bilo, and his sister, Deborah Bilo. The family would like to invite everyone who knew Randy to his Celebration of Life on Sunday, December 1, 2013 from 12pm to 4pm at the American Legion, 15 W Laurel Dr., Salinas.
